    "content": "Having said that, allow me also, to make one or two observations from what we have heard. I want to assure the hon. Wetangula who has clearly said that ideally this Bill should be able to take care of engineering in all forms and fields in which engineering is practised. Yes, indeed, it is true that we have water engineering, irrigation engineering, and housing among the other sector Ministries that are involved. I wish to assure him that this Bill is a product of consultations among the entire sector Ministries. As we move in the next stage, we will ensure that all the Ministries that are involved will be able to give their input before we move on."
