Whereas that may be correct, I think it is important to ensure that even as we allow others to join us, we do not dilute the standards because, indeed, the essence of the field of engineering is precision. We would want to ensure that all the engineers who are registered in Kenya are properly trained and, therefore, we do not have the issue of low standards."
