    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Somewhere along the line, I lost Mr. Orengo's argument. If I listened clearly to what Mr. Imanyara said in amending the Motion, he did explicitly state that the figures in the schedule, which is actually the various Votes, will be adjusted by half. Now, how else other than him going to write on a piece of paper and coming to present it on the Floor of the House could he have possibly done it? To me, the effect of that is to amend each of the votes contained in the original schedule that had been tabled by the Minister. So, to me, Mr. Orengo's criticism looks mischievous. He is my friend. I am trying to avoid using any words that could offend him."
