By the mere fact that this amendment has brought some efficiency and effectiveness in this House, just look at the Government side. It is full House, meaning that they are able to give the Kenyan people what they are paid for, and that is service. They are here to listen to what we have to say because this matter of money has brought some unity in the Grand Coalition."
