    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, finally, the Minister said that he is worried that if we do not pass the full 50 per cent, the Government will not have money to pay salaries and the like. We know that 18 Ministers are members of the House Business Committee (HBC). It is their business to ensure that we stay here and not go on recess until we are able to pass the Appropriation Bill. So, do not throw the ball to us. We are in the Opposition and it is their job to ensure that those Bills are passed. With those few remarks, I beg to support the amendment."
