    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to make my contributions towards this year's Budget. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, first, I must commend the Minister for Finance for having come up with a Budget which in my view is reasonable, particularly if you take into account the circumstances that have been prevailing since December when we held our elections.
