Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister for Foreign Affairs the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Is the Minister aware that there has been continued harassment of Kenyan fishermen in Lake Victoria by Tanzanian and Ugandan authorities? (b) Is he further aware that several Kenyan fishermen are being held illegally by Tanzanian and Ugandan authorities respectively for allegedly fishing in their territories? (c) What urgent steps has the Minister taken to ensure that the arrested Kenyans are released, and the harassment is stopped?"
