    "content": "I would therefore, concur with the recommendation by the Committee that an audit Committee be formed quickly to investigate those people who were involved in misappropriating these funds. They should not be allowed to get away with these funds. It is important that this must be a lesson to the Board, and even to other boards that will be formed to interview deserving Kenyans. Qualified Kenyans must be given the opportunity to serve this country. Therefore, I would very strongly recommend and support the observations and recommendations of the Committee."
