    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. The Ministry carried out an inspection of the school on 6th and 7th February, 2008. The inspection exercise established that the school owed its creditors Kshs12,500,881.50, some of which date back to the year 2005. Pending investigations, severe disciplinary action has been taken against the former Principal of Ruchu Girls Secondary School under whose administration the malpractices occurred.
