    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the principals are actually Chief Executive Officers of their respective institutions. In case there is a problem, we go for the Chief Executive Officer first, who is actually the Accounting Officer when it comes to money and use of any other funds in the institution. But, as of now, as I have already said, there is going to be a detailed auditing of the books of account of that school. If there is any other person involved in the misappropriation of the funds of that school, action will be taken against such people, be they members of the Board of Governors, teachers or whoever they are. Thank you."
