    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I appreciate the answers given by the Assistant Minister, who I really respect so much. But allow me to say that the Assistant Minister has not done enough research on this Question. Why do I say this? First, the Assistant Minister says that the survey of the land on which the district headquarters is supposed to be situated is still going on and yet, I am aware that the District Commissioner's house is under construction on the same land. So, if the land is being surveyed, why is there part of the construction going on? I think the issue the land being surveyed is not correct. For how long will the survey take place? I am asking this question because the district was born in 1990 and the construction work started immediately thereafter. The construction of the District Commissioner's house stalled in 1995. Todate, the survey work is still going on. How long does the survey work take?"
