He was murdered because of endemic corruption in the CDF Committees, not just in Saboti, but I am sure in other constituencies as well. Due to the risk at which Fund managers are placed, most of whom are young people who have just come from the university, what is the Assistant Minister doing to ensure the security of other CDF managers, so that they do not face the fate of the late Joshua Orina?"
