    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I, indeed, do respect your ruling. This House represents the interests of the Kenyan people. We are, but agents of the Kenyan people. The Kenyan people met yesterday and presented the people's Budget, which they wanted the Government to look at alongside the Budget which is to be presented today. Humbly, would I be in order to give the \"people's Budget\" to the Minister for Finance, so that he can look at it alongside his Budget?"
