    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister has just concluded the Report on how the country performed economically arising from the Budget that he read to this House in the Ninth Parliament. I recall that when he read that Budget, the Ninth Parliament was so uncomfortable that they forced the Government to bring the Budget Bill. This Bill was dealt with up to the Second Reading only that it did not come out of the House Business Committee (HBC) for the Third Reading. In that reading, he has also talked about the performance of the economy which is covered in the Economic Survey that was tabled only yesterday."
