Even where the Government has had the resources, there has been a serious mismatch particularly in the arid and semi-arid areas where more resources are allocated to agriculture; that is, personnel and finances as opposed to the livestock sector which is predominant in that economy. Could the Assistant undertake to ensure that, among other things within that policy, this mismatch of policies and resource allocation to the livestock sector is corrected once and for all?"
