I was asking whether it is in order for the Assistant Minister to give to this House an answer that is totally inadequate in the sense that the first realm of this Question asks why Mr. Daniel Wafula was not reinstated despite the recommendations of the Parliamentary Committee on Education, Science and Technology. In the first realm of the answer, the Assistant Minister has said:- “It is unfortunate that no action has been taken on the Parliamentary Committee’s recommendation on Mr. Wafula. Therefore, I will give instruction to the Council and Management of Kenyatta University to take action and I will give a report in two weeks.” What type of answer is that? Is he in order?"
