    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for protecting me from my old friend with whom I have been in this House before, the hon. Member for Chepalungu Constituency, Mr. Ruto! Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is important that we re-visit our constituencies. I do not think we have so far done enough in preaching peace and reconciliation. I would like to take this opportunity to commend the Government for the way in which it has approached and accomplished a very large portion of the resettlement of those people who required to be so treated. As that work progresses, we should turn our general thinking more to what is positive, and that which matters with regard to the resumption of normal life.
