Okulo Okoth - was the gentleman who went to illegally encash the cheque. The question I am asking is: What is the CBK going to do about Ms Yugeri Insurance Brokers who has been discounting cheques? I am talking about Ms. Yugeri Insurance Brokers Ltd - the company - and not the particular gentleman who encashed one cheque."
