In the last four to five months that we have been sitting here, we have already laid out the structure and the framework on what we are going to do. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, an hon. Member has put it clearly that we should go and feast on our election to this House. We want to tell him that this is not the time to go and feast when there are people in the cells who have been locked up as a result of the post-election violence!"
