If I cannot ask a Question about my constituency, then there is a problem with our law! Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Section 30 of the Constitution states clearly that the legislative power of this country is vested in the President and the National Assembly. Section 31 of the Constitution clearly says that the National Assembly consists of the elected hon. Members, whom we are. So, I have a duty, as an elected hon. Member, to ask Questions and to bring Motions. That is my constitutional responsibility. If I cannot represent my people, I will require---"
