    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. This is very sad. It is only two days ago when the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs came out very categorically and said that the people who were held as suspects in what the Minister is talking about, will have to be taken to court and now here is another Minister confusing Kenyans even more by saying that these people should be released unconditionally! May I request the Leader of Government Business to give a clear position, so that we know what to tell the people should this Motion go through? We shall be talking in Kakamega Town where there are also IDPs!"
