Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, so, we can never have enough time. This is a welcome break for us to attend to those other heavy responsibilities which we have outside Parliament. I understand why every time it is said that Parliament does not have quorum. I have just come from my office and there were hon. Members waiting for me there to ask stima itafika kwao lini .
