"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am coming to that. I am highlighting this because it is very important. These are mere promises. I remember that on 25th July, 2005, the then Minister for Environment and Natural Resources promised to issue a licence for the manufacture of paper for the company. Up to now, the licence which expired in 2003, has not been renewed. This is normally a long-term licence; it was first issued on 31st December, 1974 and it expired in 2003. Secondly, because of that, the company has no plans for the wood which is necessary to manufacture paper. Promises have been made, but nothing has happened. Could the Minister give us a specific time frame within which these promises will be fulfilled? All the promises that have been made in the past have not been fulfilled."
