    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Government, as I said, has been concerned about this industry for quite some time now. If you will recall, the Government set up a task force, chaired by the Permanent Secretary, Treasury, to look into these problems. As a result of that task force, further recommendations, which I outlined here, have been made and agreed on and are being actively pursued. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, therefore, for the hon. Member to say that the promises that were made in 2005 have not been fulfilled is not very fair because the results of this task force came out in April this year when active discussions on the recommendations were deliberated upon.
