    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not know how much power would be generated by Webuye Falls if we constructed a dam there and installed a turbine at the bottom of it. But it can be one of those long-term measures. But the one very important long-term measure, in order to cut down the fuel costs by 50 per cent, is to plant wood fuel on 8,000 hectares of land, which the company has requested. We will allocate them 8,000 hectares of land. This will enable it to generate its own fuel. Of course, they will need a steam boiler to boil water and then convert it into energy. However, I will take up this matter with the company, to find out whether they have considered the possibility of having a hydro plant there."
