(a) Is the Minister aware that 43 families living in Manera Farm of Delamere Estate are about to be evicted? (b) Is the Minister further aware that there are persons who, without a lawful claim of right of title, are perpetrating acts prejudicial to the beneficial proprietary rights of the said families? (c) What measures has the Government taken to protect families who have lived in the farm since 1910?"
