(b) I am also not aware of any persons who are unlawfully perpetrating acts prejudicial to the beneficial proprietary rights of the said families. (c) In view of the answers to (a) and (b), the Government can only take action if the aggrieved parties lodged formal complaints to the rightful legal authorities."
