    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, since these institutions are offering low quality training, could the Ministry consider regulating their examinations like is the case with the Kenya Accountants and Secretarial National Examinations Board (KASNEB)? In this case, anybody can offer training, but the examination body is one. So, I would like the Ministry to regulate especially the hotel industry, the media industry and other professional areas so that there is only one professional body to examine students. Such a body should be acceptable to the Ministry and the public."
