    "content": "On a point of order. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we are talking about Kenyans like ourselves; young people who are not employed in this country. The majority of Kenyans are the youth. Here is a case where the youth are being victimized by the same Government. I think next week is too far because people are at the gate here. Are we going to keep those people there up to next week? I would request, very humbly, that this answer--- The two Ministries have been talking about the same case for the last two months and, therefore, the Assistant Minister should have an answer."
