The Assistant Minister, as a matter of fact, after the point of order that was brought to his notice by Dr. Khalwale, proceeded to clarify that there are, in fact, Anti-Stock Theft Units in Nyanza Province, away from hon. Shakeel's constituency. He has asserted that they are there and that if hon. Shakeel does not know that they are there, the Assistant Minister is prepared to take him physically to show him that those units are there.
