    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Minister has agreed that at times contracts take more time than expected. Our problem with the road that runs across my constituency, from a place called Kiringo North towards the National Park, the contract was given around ten years ago. To date, it has never been completed yet the Minister has confirmed that contracts have been cancelled. Could he confirm to this House and give the assurance that the Ministry will stick to contract guidelines and rules that relate to the period under which a contract is supposed to be completed? This will ensure that Kenyans do not continue suffering and dying on Kenyan roads that are full of potholes."
