So, we do this evaluation every year. That is why we call up contractors to re-register with us all the time. So, to be a contractor, you need to be on the alert all the time so that you do not just assume that if you are Class A, you will continue being in that Class A all the time. If we feel that you are performing below capacity, then you get downgraded."
