    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, currently, unfortunately, there is no law that regulates contractors. We have not brought to the House any law that regulates contractors. We are intending to do that in future. I think when we do that, that is when we will judge them according to the provisions of the relevant Act that will be passed by this Parliament. I want to assure this House that we are intending to bring a Bill that will regulate the performance of the contractors."
