    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, actually, you will realise that our road network in this country is still in a very poor state. I think that nearly 50 per cent of our roads are in a very poor state. We have also said that we have a shortage of contractors, but if we could give them more time so that they work round the clock, we would be actually doing what this country expects us to do. In developed countries, actually construction of roads goes on throughout the day and the night. We are moving towards that direction."
