    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Probably, I need to read the lines so that the hon. Member can understand what I am trying to move. The amended Motion should read:- \"THAT, in view of the devastating effects that severe drought and the post-2007 election crisis had on farmers--\" The words \"severe drought and\"-- I am sorry, I left out the word \"and\". These words should be added immediately after the word \"that\" in the first line. Then, on my second amendment, I think there is no contention on that one."
