    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, originally, when the programme was introduced, as I have said and as we all know, the Ministry gave a directive that schools with less than 40 student per class will not get the money. But this directive was reviewed. The process of reviewing this directive led to a delay in money being released to those schools with less than 40 students per class. This situation has been rectified and the schools are getting money. So, that could have been responsible for the delay, but there should be no cause for alarm. May 7, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 901 I also wish to inform the Member that some schools did not give up-to-date enrolment information. All the schools must send complete enrolment data to the Ministry so that we do not have any problem when computing the money to be sent to them. So, the schools must also give us all the information. We know that some schools do not give complete data of the number of students. We need this information because the money is computed based on the number of students in the school."
