    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, disbursement of bursaries is usually based on the record that the school had from its registers the previous year. This is apart from Form One where students join and the information is computed later. That could have led to the problems IDP children are facing. They could have been displaced from other schools and then joined other new schools. However, once the Ministry gets the information, it will be computed and then in next disbursement of bursary funds, those students will be catered for. We are willing to have that information."
