    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as regards private schools they are private. They are not public schools. They belong to individuals. It is the Government policy that this money does not go to them. This money is meant for students in public schools registered as public schools. As for the schools that are constructed using the CDF, once registered as public schools, they will benefit from the funding. If they are not yet registered--- They have to be registered by the Ministry as public secondary schools. Once that is done, then we will have no problem."
