    "content": "MEMBERS SHOULD MAKE USE OF QUESTION TIME BY FILING QUESTIONS TO MINISTERS Secondly, hon. Members will have noted that we have taken certain liberties, so much so that two Questions have been answered in just about one hour. This is not the way that the House will normally transact its business. Although this matter has been pointed out before, I wish to remind hon. Members that there is a gap of Questions. It is, therefore, necessary that Members rise to the occasion and ensure that they file sufficient numbers of Questions, particularly in relation to their respective constituencies. I have noted that in the supplementary questions, some Members have asked questions that are so much far away from the original Question, but we have allowed them to do so because we had so much time on our hands. Could hon.
