    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have listened very well to the Assistant Minister for Agriculture, but I would like to tell this House that we are experiencing the biggest shortage of food because half of the grain in the world market is going into the development of biofuel. So, when the Assistant Minister says that they are going to import raw grain, I really do not know what he means. What is the Ministry of Agriculture doing in order to address itself to the shortage of grains in view of the current development of biofuel from the grains? That is why the price of maize is skyrocketing. I believe that there are some problems even in importing grains from the world market. Could the Assistant Minister tell us how he is going to handle the biofuel issue with respect to the West vis-a-vis the developing countries?"
