Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to mislead the House when we know very well that the current food crisis is as a result of the post- election crisis? The Assistant Minister has not mentioned anything to do with the Internally May 6, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 825 Displaced Persons (IDPs). We are talking about the current crisis, and he is just addressing the symptoms. Could he tell us how they are going to resettle farmers who are all over in the camps? That is the only way we can avert the imminent food shortage which we are facing. Otherwise, the Assistant Minister is just talking about the symptoms."
