    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the resettlement of IDPs started on Monday. Through the Ministry of State for Special Programmes, we have provided farmers, who are being resettled, with basic food items. Our biggest objective is to encourage these farmers to go back to their farms and do farming. Mr. Speaker, Sir, this morning, we launched a credit facility in conjunction with Equity Bank whereby all these farmers will have access to cheap credit facilities in the market so, at the end of day, we will be able to boost production of foodstuff in the country. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
