    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The hon. Assistant Minister is evading the Question. We are not talking about salt or anything else which is a luxury. We are talking about the basic needs of Kenyans. We are talking about accessibility of food. If they cannot access food, they will die. The question the hon. Member is asking is: What interventions is the Assistant Minister taking to make sure that food is easily accessible to Kenyans? He should talk about subsidies and other things. He should talk about how the Government will intervene."
