    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the biggest problem we have right now is the rising prices of foodstuff in the market. That problem has been caused by low supply of food in the market. As a Ministry, we would like to encourage our farmers to boost the production of foodstuff. As I earlier stated, we want to encourage farmers to backup the production of foodstuff. We are now extending credit to small-scale farmers so that they can boost production. Secondly, we are boosting farmers by providing them with fertilizers at a very low cost. This is because the bottom line of pricing is the law of demand and supply. We need to boost supply of foodstuff in the market."
