    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I would like the Assistant Minister to take this matter very seriously. We know that Kenyans are spending a lot of money to educate their children and everybody looks forward to the day when students are to sit for the exams. It is unfortunate for the Minister to cheat this House that there was not much leakage last year. It is in the public domain that in some of our national schools, a lot of papers, for example, the History and Christian Religious Education papers were found with students even before the examinations. The Assistant Minister should take it very seriously and inform this House on the real actions that were taken. Could he also tell this House how many people have been suspended as a result of the leakages last year? Otherwise, Mr. Speaker, Sir, we should not accept, as a country, that since it is happening in Uganda, therefore, it is okay for it to happen in Kenya!"
