Kenya is a member of the Commonwealth countries and, even in the Commonwealth, we have examinations and the a Commonwealth Secretariat. There is a standard to which any Kenyan student would have to achieve to be admitted in any of the Commonwealth universities. These irregularities being referred to by the Assistant Minister are going to tarnish our image. The repute of Kenyan examinations is wanting. What action and steps is the Assistant Minister taking to make sure that the applications from Kenyan students to the Commonwealth countries are not penalised and that students are not made to sit other examinations before they are admitted in those universities?"
