How come the Assistant Minister is now talking about next week? Indeed, it is the Commissioner of Police who should be advising him on the Statement that he ought to bring here and yet the same Commissioner has gone out to the public purporting to answer me. Is that in order? Mr. Speaker Sir, could I know whether the Statement will be issued on Tuesday and not just next week?"
