    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, when this House passes a law and the President gives assent to that law, it is the expectation that the Executive Arm of the Government will take the necessary steps to bring that law into operation. The Political Parties Act was passed last year by this House. Could the Minister of State in the Office for Provincial Administration and Internal Security, or the Leader of the Government Business, give a Ministerial Statement to tell us when the provisions of that Act will be brought into force in compliance with the wishes of the House?"
