    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, could the Minister tell this House what measures he intends to put in place to compensate the farmers for their plantations which were destroyed during the 2007 post-election violence? Most of these farmers are currently in the camps. Much as we may want to supply them with free fertilizer and seeds, they might not have the opportunity to go back to their farms. They are relying more on anything which is going to come from what remained after the destruction. Is the Ministry making any arrangements to compensate these farmers?"
