One of them, who is now the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs, said that he would compensate those who defrauded wananchi through these pyramid schemes. Mr. Speaker, Sir, now that he is the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs, does the Government have plans to compensate these people or was that just political rhetoric?"
